Terms of Use – BluzPlay

Welcome to BluzPlay, Pakistan’s first all-in-one video social media platform owned by Apexion Ent. By accessing or using BluzPlay, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must meet the minimum age requirement of 13+, similar to YouTube.

  • By using BluzPlay, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content you upload or share.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Users can upload videos, articles, comments, and participate in chats.

  • Explicit content, pornography, illegal material, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.

  • By posting content, you grant BluzPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content.

4. Monetization & Earnings

  • Creators can earn through BluzPlay’s monetization features where applicable.

  • All earnings are subject to our policies, and we reserve the right to suspend payments in cases of policy violations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, spam, or manipulation of content visibility is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation may result in suspension, removal of content, or permanent account termination.

6. Third-Party Services

  • BluzPlay may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, or payments. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BluzPlay provides the Platform “as is” and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use.

  • We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or security of content.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Use are governed by international laws and regulations.

  • By using BluzPlay, you agree to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable international frameworks.

9. Changes to Terms

  • BluzPlay may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
